VILLA LARIO HOTEL

The intervention involves the renovation and expansion of an existing receptive building. The new structure will be arranged on 4 levels above ground, for a total of 700 sqm, with the construction of 7 rooms, suites and a penthouse. The building will be expanded including a new structure on the back, a new lift connecting with the tourist-receptive part above and an extension with common functions of the tourist-accommodation part (kitchen, bar and large dining room).
