CASA GIÀ REINA PALACE

The Reina Palace (of the nineteenth century) located in Milan in Via Bagutta 12, is a property subject to protection according to Legislative Decree 42/04 art.10 with D.M. August 1944 and an architectural constraint of the historic centre, therefore the construction works, excavation of the subsoil and plant engineering have been subject to the prior approval of the competent Archaeological
Superintendency of Lombardy. The conservative restoration project consisted of the conversion of the use of the premises from office-residential use to office- commercial use.
The restoration of the property involved the construction of a new mechanized underground garage. The electrical and mechanical systems serving the building have been completely dismantled and replaced by more energy-efficient systems. The aim of the systems was to provide the maximum level of environmental comfort, both in summer and in winter, as well as to ensure all safety levels.
