PEOPLE MOVER STATION

The People Mover monorail was an important new link to relieve motorized traffic on Piazzale Roma in Venice. The connection was made between Isola Nuova in Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma. We carried out the executive design, construction management and testing of the works of the public lighting system:

  • In the pedestrian and driveway entrance from Tronchetto to the square facing the People Mover Station;
  • In the external pedestrian area of the water-facing quay that connects pedestrianially to Piazzale Roma and driveway of the People Mover station on the Isola Nuova side. In that area also insists the landing of vehicles that load luggage to take people to Venice Hotels.
