DE LONGHI CORPORATE HEADQUATERS

Construction of a new building with a total area of about 10,500 square meters spread over 3 levels that will house the research and development area of a
major international company.
The new building integrates a whole range of strategic functions for the company, in addition to the laboratories within the spaces there is an auditorium that can accommodate up to 100 people, all executive and president offices, exhibition spaces and the canteen. The spaces in particular those of the laboratories, are designed to be flexible in relation to a lay-out that has to adapt to market needs that at different times demand one product over another.
The heating and air conditioning system consists of terminal elements of the active chilled beam type with primary air supply. The hot/cold carrier fluid is generated by a central unit consisting of No. 3 multipurpose heat pumps with a total installed rated cooling capacity of 1,600 KW.
