The activity concerned No. 22 Hypermarkets and the related shopping malls within the Shopping Centres located in Northern and Central Italy managed by the Pam Panorama s.p.a. Group. The consultancy covered the analysis and breakdown of consumption for electricity, water and gas.
At the same time, an activity of energy diagnosis of the technological systems, optimisation of the supervision system and feasibility study of the investment of the trigeneration plant was carried out. The proposed interventions are: voltage regulators, heat recuperators, adiabatic cooling, inverters on circulation pumps, freecooling ventilation system and LED lighting both inside and outside. The activity was developed in close cooperation with the Customer’s Maintenance Managers and external maintenance companies, monitoring is conducted through special software on a shared web platform.
