ESAOTE IS HEADQUARTERS
As many as 35 years of experience in the biomedical field and 270 million in sales in 2016 make the Esaote S.p.a. group one of the top 10 leading companies in the global diagnostic imaging industry. In 2017, the new plant was inaugurated, built with state-of-the-art systems in line with the most advanced technological standards and future trends, including dedicated MRI systems, the group’s R&D laboratories for MRI, the repair centre for diagnostic ultrasound systems and the global logistics centre for spare parts for all equipment.
The project covered 2 floors above ground and Climosfera S.r.l. was responsible for the design of the technological systems and the interior fit-out. The summer and winter air-conditioning system was extended to all the rooms, the energy production is realised by means of an air-cooled heat pump, while a dedicated refrigeration unit produces the cold energy to the laboratories even in winter. The auxiliary systems, in addition to the electrical systems that have been implemented are: compressed air, inert gas extinguishing system for the server room, intrusion alarm, data transmission, TV.C.C. and fire detection systems.

IMPIANTO FOTOVOLTAICO
Progettazione esecutiva ed elaborazione della pratiche di connessione alla rete ed adempimenti doganali, per un impianto fotovoltaico di potenza totale pari a 66,4 kWp integrato sulle pensiline poste a servizio dei parcheggi al piano di copertura. L’impianto di produzione da fonte rinnovabile permetterà di evitare 44 ton di CO2 altrimenti prodotta da centri fossili convenzionali.
