CONSTRUCTION OF A TOBACCO INDUSTRY
A new industrial tobacco processing plant has been planned and built in an industrial area in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. This facility owned by National Tobacco Enterprise SC part of the Japanese company Tobacco International, will be built in a southern industrial district of the city.
The electrical systems are developed from a medium-voltage delivery to which No. 4 1,250KVA transformers are connected in parallel that energize the different sections of the Power Center. In view of the area over which it is going to operate with low reliability in electrical continuity in parallel, No. 4 810 KVA generator sets have been installed. The project involves the expansion of the existing production area with attached accessory technical rooms and the construction of a new office block. As part of the design, the design of all documentation for the municipality including outdoor areas was also developed.
