Codilait SA is a local production company that wanted to restart and expand its production unit in Douala. The project involved the complete overhaul of the production lines and the industrial transformation for the production of UHT milk, yoghurt, water and fruit juices.
After an in-depth inspection, our company issued a Due Diligence document aimed at studying the project feasibility and identifying the Capex and is currently engaged in the development of the preliminary project.
