PARCOFIORE NEW SHOPPING CENTER
The Parcofiore project is divided into three areas that overlook a common parking lot: the first two lots absorb a large part of the intervention and were built between June and November 2017. The two lots include 1,677 parking area and 17 parking area for electric cars. The redevelopment involved 110,000 square meters.
The Shopping center in San Fior on the former Sarom Area covers a total area of about 27,000 sqm the complex offers a wide commercial offer where there are popular chains such as Famila, Mega, Decathlon, Casatua, Globo, Centercasa, Takko, Mediaworld, Burger King and Road House.

FIRE PREVENTION
Commercial Park Parcofiore
Fire prevention activities developed through the evaluation of the fire prevention design referred to the new Commercial Park. The new commercial structure has been assessed, for fire safety, both in its entirety (sales unit, common areas and service garage) and for each sales unit. The preliminary activity was approved with a positive technical opinion by the Treviso Fire Brigade Command. The activity ended with the presentation of the fire-fighting certification called SCIA and related inspection by the Fire Brigade which took place with a positive outcome.
MEGA Sale Unit
Fire prevention activities developed for a sale unit located within the Commercial Park, through the evaluation of the project following the current technical regulations. The analysis of the store was carried out taking into account the primary needs of the customer, especially in the identification of the spaces used as a warehouse. It was possible to place a goods warehouse within the sale area, guaranteeing the safety conditions required by current legislation. The activity ended with the presentation of the fire-fighting certification called SCIA at the Provincial Fire Brigade Command.
GLOBO TAKKO C&A DECATHLON Sale Units
Fire prevention activities developed for sale units located within the Commercial Park, through the evaluation of the project following the current technical regulations. The analyses of the stores were carried out taking into account the primary needs of the customer, the fire prevention activity is recorded with a positive evaluation by the Provincial Command.
